Rumor has it that the powers to be have STOPPED Desirae Stewart, her website is down, we shall see what she does to get back in the game.
the Thing is she really does lie, she really does white out and forge documents, and she really does hurt Good - Hard Working people. ENOUGH is Enough.
Consumer Protection in Real Estate is our Goal. We do hope that Desirae finds a "suitable" job if the rumors are true that she has been removed. We do wish her well, it just is simply NOT fair what she does to the Real Estate Consumer. Mortgage Fraud is ILLEGAL...

Attorney general vows mortgage fraud crackdown ( another Laughable LIE from the Feds)
"When they step out of line, they will find the attorney general's office at the door," said Koster, who -- three months into his job -- is waging a "zero tolerance" campaign against mortgage scams across the state.
His office already has filed lawsuits against three companies -- Goldstar Home Mortgage of St. Joseph, Oxford Lending Group of Columbus, Ohio, and U.S. Foreclosure Relief out of California -- accusing them of making deceptive, misleading offers for services such as loan refinancing, credit repair and foreclosure relief.
More lawsuits are to follow, said Koster, noting unscrupulous businesses have sent out tens of thousands of solicitation letters to Missourians.
Their marketing efforts are targeting the vulnerable -- such as senior citizens and those facing foreclosures and financial hardship, he said.
Unlike scammers during the housing boom, the businesses now are exploiting low interest rates and the federal stimulus program that promises to help U.S. homeowners, Koster said.
With its foreclosure rate on the rise since 2003, Greene County has seen scammers preying on those who are about to lose their homes, said Bob Horton, executive director of the Urban Neighborhoods Alliance in Springfield.
"We applaud (Koster's) office for doing something like this," Horton said.
At the Springfield press conference, Koster appeared with Doug Ommen, head of the consumer protection division, and showed the soliciting letters from Goldstar, Oxford and an unnamed company.
With bogus headings and official-sounding references to federal agencies and their programs, the letters are designed to look as if they were sent out by the federal government or a consumer's financial institute, Koster said.
Once they lure consumers, such companies prey by charging thousands of dollars in fees and offering little services, Koster said.
On Thursday, he said the priority is to halt misleading, deceptive advertisement.
"This type of deception should not happen in Missouri," Koster said.
To do so, Koster is asking Missourians to be skeptical of mortgage refinancing, foreclosure relief and credit repair offers and inform his office of such offers.
"Pack them up and send them to our office in Jefferson City," he said.
Equipped with 15 lawyers and 25 investigators, his office will examine each deceptive tactic, Koster said.
His office will seek to stop such business conducts, Koster said.
If the offenders continue their deceptive practices, Koster said, his office will seek more severe punishments, including shutting down the business and levying monetary penalties.

Feds seek tips to fight mortgage fraud ( Latest Joke from the Feds)
The Portland office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Attorney’s Office are hoping the tip line and Web site will help them prosecute the fraud.
The mortgage fraud Web tip line is part of the FBI’s Internet site, http://portland.fbi.gov . The telephone tip line is 503-273-5813. Fraud tips also can be e-mailed to mortgagefraudtips.portland@ic.fbi.gov .
Investigations will be handled by the Oregon Mortgage Fraud Working Group, which has been operating since 2007. During the past two years, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has brought charges or secured convictions in more than a half-dozen mortgage fraud cases, resulting in sentences of up to 10 years in prison.
The majority of the Oregon Mortgage Fraud Working Group investigators are working major cases with several suspects, many borrowers and millions of dollars in fraudulent loans.
The working group will focus on emerging crimes like foreclosure rescue schemes and short selling, which often trap desperate homeowners in debt and fraud.

Articles like this must be put out to make the feds look good, or for some compliance because when I, as a Real Estate Broker owner with proof turn in a mortgage broker that has committed fraud and hurt the consumer, the FBI does nothing, the Montana Banking Division does Nothing, the Dept. of Justice Does NOTHING.

Desirae Stewart - High Country Mortgage - Eureka Montana

She even has people on Facebook that call her "friend" when she has put them near bankruptcy, how does she do it ? It is quite shocking that someone would "friend" Desirae Stewart when she lied to their husband and his development company over and over. Desirae Stewart would tell this local developer she was working on getting him a loan when, in fact she was not. She misled him and he went in Major Financial Distress because of it. I guess he does not know or believe that Desirae Stewart would do something like this, his wife certainly does not, she is a "Friend" of Desirae Stewart.
The Truth is Mortage Fraud is Legal In Montana. The Truth is that the FBI, the Department of Justice and those who govern Montana Banking and Mortgage simply Do Not Care if a Mortgage Broker forges a Document. So what you must do as a Real Estate Consumer, a Borrower is to watch your back. Don't take your Mortgage Brokers Word for ANYTHING.

we Have Received Word from a Desirae Stewart Supportor, apparantly the solution to all of this is for me to Simply hang Myself...
We Have Heard from another Supporter for Desirae Stewart. His YouTube Name is “stevo4kidsp” Here is What another one of Desirae's Supporters Had To Say:
Apparently this young man feels that if I hang myself or drive off the road that this will somehow STOP Desirae from hurting You, the Real Estate Consumer.
At least He Called me a "lady" at one point. And then He Subscribed to My Videos - He can't wait to see what else I have to say.. though this video is several months old at this point. I guess I will have to go ahead and Interview the "Victims" on Video and Keep this Story alive. This blog was settling down but Stevo4KidsSP has brought it back to life.
Apparently, According to stevo4kidsp the Reason I am telling you this stuff is because I am a Dyke and Desirae has somehow rejected me... that is Too Funny for Words.. want more on this Sick Tidbit.. ask the Rumor Mill.. ask anyone out and about the question of Desirae and "her activities".
All of this Vulgar, Cruel Spewing is certainly not helping anyone and does not change the Fact that Desirae Did what She did. This is a Blog about the Truth. This Mortgage Broker has been allowed to Commit Fraud, Fraud that the Authorities - ALL of them - have proof of.
The Consumer calls me - the Consumer tells me their story, Some of them would make any of you cry. There are several witnesses to Blatant Out and Out Fraud and the Solution is For Me to STOP talking about it... Shhhhh Don't Tell on the Mortgage Broker - it will Rile up the Borrower.. Yet on the news everynite, lots of people are losing everything because of what Mortgage Brokers have done to them, but this guy - he is just happy to have the loan - to be in the house and the future well obviousl Time Will Tell.. either Way Desirae Stewart, the Mortgage Broker Wins... she get paid whether the buyer keeps the house for the life of the loan or not. And she continues to get a commission on this "deal" as long as the buyer keeps paying the Monthly Payment, so who has a Motive to Lie here, ME - or Desirae Stewart.
We Prefer No Cussing or Vulgar Language But apparently that is the only way that Desirae’s Supporters can Communicate. So Again just as in the begining of this blog, we welcome any information to suggest that Desirae Stewart does not Lie or Mislead the Real Estate Consumer, we are still waiting.
My Readers Believe this Person to Be the Buyer of the Property we talked about last Summer. He is 24 and apparently Desirae has “saved” his family. My Guess is that Desirae got them into a loan by pushing the limits of the loan, by creating false down payment information and the Buyer is now happy. I wish the Buyer great success in the New Home and I hope that Desirae did not talk them into a loan based on seasonal income, that they will one day regret.
I encourage you to Speak with the Realtors in this Community, Speak with People who have worked for Desirae here and in Columbia Falls. Desirae has been Whiting Out Real Estate Documents – Loan Application for quite some time, and though the local First American Title Claims that they close deals all the time with No Signature or Legal Description that does not make it right.
I had left this matter in the hands of the authorities, however, this guy seems to be calling me out, so Soon I will post a Video, he has now Subscribed to My Videos, and I will show you the document that the Seller in this story picked up at the local title company – that they were going to close the deal on that has no buyers signature – no legal description and was NOT a binding Contract in anyway.. yet when the Seller saw this and got scared, and wanted to protect themselves the Buyer decided to Sue them for “Specific Performance” on a Contract that was NEVER binding in the first place.
If this is the Buyer I Spoke of Last Summer, he is VERY aggressive, when the Sellers did not want to sell he showed up at their house, forced himself in and had to be asked to leave. Before this he brought friends over to the Sellers home Unannounced into their private lives to show the house that would be his. He is Very Pushy and Aggresive according to my sources.
In my video I will show you the document that Desirae whited out and forged terms to the loan without the Sellers Knowledge. Also we have witnesses to other forged and shredded documents that we hope to interview. And we have a line on a mysterious box of documents that Desirae Forged and thought she had disposed of. So if this guy wants to say I am lying and to not let this story just stay the way it was, well then we will have to prove to you the Readers of this blog what the Real Story is.
So all you folk turning on me for telling the Truth. I am sorry if this stuff really hurts you in any way. However, this is NOT my Story, … Buyers – Borrowers – Workers – Sellers… have told this story to me.. it is not my story. It is the Story of One Mortgage Broker who has caused a whole lot of damage to the Real Estate Consumer and though this buyer is happy to have their loan and their family supposedly “saved” by Desirae Stewart, it does not change the Truth.
This story is not about whether I am a loser or not.. it is about the Message. The Truth that this Mortgage Broker has hurt a whole lot of people. Though I will not name those people, I have turned their names over to the FBI, the Department of Justice and those following this case for Proof and Verification. Whether the loan went through or not is irrelevant. Lender take all kind of loans, Mortgage Brokers make a HUGE amount of money upfront and they make a commission for the life of the loan, a “Trailing Commission” – so forcing a Loan, well that’s the easy part.
This Story, is and always has been about the Real Estate Consumer and the Harm that Mortgage Brokers do to them. This Story started about a Woman who lost everything to Desirae in that Desirae STOLE the equity in her home, she is disabled and cannot recover this stolen equity. Desirae never even paid her for personal property in the home on top of stealing the equity and lying about a Home Inspection.
This is Not about Me, not about my life in any way, not about ANY vendetta of ANY kind.. this is facts – this is what is happening in Your Real Estate Market. I have never asked for or received anything from the folks who come to me about the Damage that Desirae Stewart has done to them. My part in all of this was and simply is to STAND Up for the Real Estate Consumer that No One is Listening to. I Have Nothing to Gain, I feel it is My Job as a Real Estate Broker own and Real Estate Consumer Advocate to Speak Out then the Consumer is Violated by the Fraudulant Activities of a Mortgage Broker.
This Guy Thinks he is Somehow Helping Desirae by Calling me out, the thing is if Somebody had proof of fraud on me and was choosing to not go public with it on their blog, I would lay low.
I have people - lots of them with stories, I have documents of proof and this guy has the audacity to bully me - to say these foul and vile remarks to me. And to think it is somehow helping, hopefully Desirae is able to reign her new found friend in or I will have to take those interviews on video that people want to give about this situation. I was Stopping my Posts and Leaving this Proven Fraud Situation up to the Authorities yet this guy has to reach in and stir up a hornets nest. Why ? To defend his GUILTY friend.
This is not a question of Did Desirae do this it is a Question of Does the FBI, the Department of Justice, the Better Business Bureau, the Banking and Commerce Folks and those with the Authority to Help the Real Estate Consumer - the Borrower CARE about Mortgage Fraud. She Did Do It.. Fact on FACT... Iam Speaking the truth To protect the Consumer.
